Information collected
We store your name when supplied, registered mobile number, generated referral code, mobile-verification status, reward records, wallet transactions and redemption records. Drivers’ names, mobile numbers, account statuses and claim histories are also stored for portal operation and review.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, attribute qualifying referrals, maintain auditable reward balances, authorize driver claims after customer OTP verification, prevent duplicate transactions, provide customer support and review suspicious activity.
OTP and provider data
OTP codes are verified through the configured messaging provider and are not stored as plaintext in this application. The system records purpose, masked/account mobile association, expiry, attempt state and provider reference or safe response metadata. Provider credentials are server-side only.
Sharing and retention
Customer mobile numbers are masked in referral-facing history. Authorized administrators and the driver performing a customer-approved claim may access the limited information required for those workflows. Financial ledger and audit entries are retained as immutable history; corrections are recorded as new entries rather than overwriting history.
Security and contact
We use OTP verification, access controls, rate limits, CSRF protection, encrypted sessions in production configuration, and database constraints. No online service can guarantee absolute security. For a privacy request or concern, use the contact details on the support page.
