Referral rewards terms

Program participation

Participation requires a unique, OTP-verified mobile account. Referral links are personal identifiers only; they do not provide access to another customer’s wallet or account.

Reward eligibility

Rewards are issued only for qualifying new customer registrations attributed to an active referral link while the campaign is active. Current configured amounts and expiry are shown in your account. Issued reward amounts are fixed when created and are not changed by later campaign settings.

Redemption

One eligible reward or unused manual credit may be redeemed after customer OTP verification; each claim is capped at the configured per-claim limit, the final claim may be smaller, the wallet is debited by the actual amount, and claims do not independently verify a completed taxi trip.

Rewards have no cash-withdrawal option. Expired rewards and any account restrictions are shown in the transaction history.

Fair use

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading attribution, attempts to bypass verification, or other suspicious activity may result in a reward being held or an account being suspended pending administrator review. Shared networks or devices alone are not proof of fraud.

Changes and support

Campaign terms and future reward settings may change. Existing reward records retain their original amounts. For help, visit Support.
